Oil dipstick tube for BMW 3er (E46), 5er (E39), Z4 (E85). Original BMW

This is the plastic guide tube that houses the dipstick/indicator.

It commonly becomes clogged with sludge from the oil separator/emissions system, causing a failure in the oil separator system.
