Hybrid coolant with Si-OAT corrosion protection technology
Frostox HT-12 is a hybrid coolant with Si-OAT corrosion protection technology, in which the components of the cooling system (metals, elastomers and plastics) are covered with a thin layer. The coolant sustainably protects all components of the radiator system and thus the engine against corrosion, overheating and frost.
Therefore, the product contributes to the maintenance of the engine. Meets the BMW Lifetime Coolant LC-18 specification of the BMW GROUP.
Risk of damage: Refrigerants must not be mixed with each other at will. In principle, a vehicle must be filled with the coolant that comes from the factory. Unauthorized mixing can cause the coolant to solidify and damage the engine.
