If you select DHL EXPRESS when placing an order, we are committed to delivering within 24-72 business hours from the moment the order leaves our facilities. As a general rule, 24 hours are met in all major cities and/or those very close to them, and 48 hours for the rest. However, something unexpected can always arise, and that is why we give a margin of up to 72 hours.
The rest of the shipments are usually made by CORREOS and the transit time from the moment it leaves our facilities can be from 1 to 7 business days for Spain, Andorra and Portugal; for the rest of the countries it is usually approximately 7 to 15 days.
