COVID-19 Statement

Dear Customer,

Following the Royal Decree declaring a state of emergency to manage the health crisis caused by COVID-19, we would like to share with you some lines of action :

  • BMW .com Parts and Accessories continues to sell its products online as normal. We are keeping our sales, merchandise reception, preparation and shipping departments open.

    [Update] In accordance with Royal Decree Law 10/2020 of March 29, 2020, we guarantee that VICSHOP will continue to make shipments. Also, according to point 35 of the Annex of said decree, the activity of sale, distribution and delivery of products purchased online is exempt from the forced cessation of activity .

    [Update] Based on the information we have at the moment , all the carriers consulted will continue to offer collections and deliveries as normal (with the exception of Correos), although we have noticed some delays in some postcodes. If there are any changes in the next few hours we will inform you immediately.

  • So far, all European suppliers, such as BMW , are supplying us as normal .

  • All products/packages leaving our facilities will be disinfected with disinfectant spray as a preventive measure.

  • We have taken all possible hygiene and safety measures .
    Masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel, etc. have been made available to all staff, as well as the obligation to maintain a safety distance of at least 1 metre.

  • Transport may be affected depending on the constraints we encounter, so we cannot guarantee our usual delivery times. Express transport companies, such as UPS, are currently operating normally .

    [Update] Correos España is temporarily ceasing to provide service and therefore all shipments that must be sent via this route (only affecting 2%) will be postponed until further notice by Correos España.

    [Update] UPS is once again making deliveries and collections in some postcodes in Catalonia that it had temporarily blocked a few days ago: 08700, 08710, 08711, 08712, 08788.

  • [Update] Custom orders (which require setup or assembly before being shipped) , returns, repairs and/or warranties may take longer than usual due to the workshop closure (in compliance with the state of alarm). We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause.

We are aware that we are in an exceptional moment and, therefore, we are also taking exceptional measures . We trust that these will allow us to ensure the service while maintaining the safety and health of all those involved in the process.
