COVID 19 communiqué

Dear customer,

Following the Royal Decree declaring the alarm state for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19, we would like to share with you some acting lines:

• BMW .com Shipping and Accessories continues to sell their products online with total normalty.Because we keep the sales departments open, reception of goods, preparation and shipping.
  
  [Updating] According to Royal Decree Law 10/2020 of 29 March 2020, we give you the guarantee that VICSHOP will continue to carry out shipments. Furthermore, in accordance with point 35 of the Annex to that Decree, the activity of sale, distribution and delivery of products acquired online is left exempt the forced cessation of activity unemployment.
  
  [Updating] By the information we have right now, all carriersconsulted will continue to offer collections and deliveries with normality (a exPost receipt), while we notice some delay in some postal codes. If there were any changes in the next few hours we'd announce it to you immediately.
  
  
• So far, all European suppliers such as BMW, they're supplying us within normal.
  
  
• All products/packages leaving our facilities will be disinfected with disinfectant spray as a preventive measure.
  
  
• We've taken all the hygiene and safety measures possible.
  All staff have been made available: masks, gloves, hydroalcoholic gel etc. As well as the obligation to maintain a safety distance of at least 1 meter.
  
  
• Transport will be involved in the light of the limitations we encounter, so that we cannot guarantee our usual delivery deadlines. Urgent transport companies, such as UPS, are currently operating normally.
  
  [Updating] Correos España ceases to provide temporary service and that is why all shipments to be shipped by this route (only 2%) will be postponed until further notice by Correos España.
  
  [Updating] UPS re-returns to deliveries and collections in some Catalonian postal codes that a few days ago had temporarily blocked: 08700, 08710, 08711, 08712, 08788.
  
  
• [Updating] custom orders (requiring configuration or assembly before being sent)Repayments, repairs and/or guarantees may be delayed more than usual due to the closing of the workshop (for compliance with the alarm state). We regret the trouble that this situation may cause.
